We are seeking a Shipping Coordinator to add to our Guest Experience team and will be responsible for managing all clothing and shipping for our internal teams and guests.

Inventory & Shipment Coordination

POSITION RESPONSIBILTIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Inventory & Shipment Coordination
- Track and manage all inventory and shipments for Guest Experience and Guide departments
- Guest: prepare and ship all guest packets, specialty/international packets, jersey exchanges, catalog requests, and holiday gifts.
- Guide: prepare and ship guide and partner clothing requests.
- One-off shipments as requested.
- Manage the Shopify platform: fulfill orders, update product listings, manage inventory.
- Perform inventory management, including cycle counts, labeling, and organization of stock.
- Manage incoming shipments: verify packing lists, check quantities, and document discrepancies.
- Maintain and restock supplies and materials as needed for smooth operations.
- Create shipping lists, clean data, and update NetSuite accordingly.
- Organize and maintain the shipping area for efficiency and accuracy.
- Process returns, exchanges, and guest communication related to shipments.
- Manage shipping accounts with Pitney Bowes, UPS, USPS, and FedEx.
- Packaging and prepare large batch shipments, kits, or special orders.
- Build and maintain reports on key metrics - inventory levels, shipment accuracy, and fulfillment speed.
- Identify opportunities to improve logistics, inventory management, and fulfillment workflows.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support demand planning, vendor management, and cost optimization.
- Act as a point of contact for internal departments requesting shipments, supplies, or special items.
- Contribute to projects and initiatives across the company as part of our Continuous Improvement culture.
